Using our Bank by Phone is simple and convenient

After you sign the authorization form for this service, all you have to do is follow the easy instructions provided on the phone.

  • After Bank by Phone answers, a list of banking services will follow. All you do is listen carefully for instructions, making sure you press the # key when requested.
  • For inquiries, you will be asked to enter your specific account number, along with your personal identification number and the last 4 of your SSN or EIN. Be sure to enter all numbers correctly. Once you become acquainted with Bank by Phone, you'll find that banking has never been more convenient. Be sure to try all of the transactions until you feel comfortable, and if you have any questions or need special assistance, call our Customer Service Center at (877) 753-9224 during our regular operating hours.
